Denise and Wil’s company provides catering and event services that have been featured on CBS Bachelorette, MTV Cribs , The Travel Channel, The Food Network, WEtv’s David Tatura’s Celebrity Celebrations, and Syfy’s Big Fat Geek Wedding. Denise specializes in custom menu’s she creates with her client’s food tastes in mind. Her mission is to create food that her client’s guests will talk about long after the event is over. She loves when her clients want to fuse together cuisine from their different backgrounds to create the menu for their special day.Some of her favorite times are when the whole family is in the kitchen cooking up their favorite dishes.

Throughout my lifetime I have come to love & appreciate the layers that exist within food & drink.  It is great at unifying.  It is not only vital to sustain human life but also connect life.  Above all life’s treasures I value my relationships with my family & friends the most. Food & drink is used to celebrate life events, connect strangers, but it is a valuable tool to build & maintain important relationships.  There is something sweet about breaking bread with the ones you love the most. So cheers & keep on feasting.

Cooking at the Castle

With this book I invite you to experience some of the magic of Lobo Castle’s favorite dinners. This first Castle cookbook is mostly made up of Italian specialties with a few surprises intertwined. Each dinner consists of an appetizer, a starter, salad, main course and desert. These are all recipes from actual dinners we have had here at the Castle.

I am happiest in the kitchen cooking for friends and family, whether it’s a recipe that’s been in my family for generations, or something I created based on ingredients I have at hand. I want to show others that bringing home-cooked, healthy, tasty food to the table is easy. There’s no need for preservatives, frozen foods or fast foods.
